       Describe ONE of the four pictures below using as many prepositions of place as you can. Include the description of the person/people in it (physical appearance, clothes, actions, feelings). Consider the following example:

         
       

      Remember that to describe a person or people, you need to talk about appearance and personality.  It's important to consider the questions What does he/she look like? What is he/she like? (Vocabulary Bank, page 150)

      In pairs, create and deliver a dialogue of about 2 or 3 minutes about your last holidays or the ones you particularly remember. Consider the following questions:

      4.    Where did you stay?

      5.    What was the food like?

      6.    What was the weather like?

      7.    What were the people like?

      8.    What did you do during the day?

      9.    What did you do at night?

      10.  Did you have a good time?

      11.  Did you take pictures?

      12.  Did you have any problems?

      13.  Have you ever been on holidays with the wrong person? Explain.

      14. Have you ever visited a foreign country?
