Find a photo of someone doing something (running, studying, smiling,etc), it could be the photo of someone you know, or a photo taken from the internet. Speak about the person in the photo by answering the questions:
Who is he/she?
What does he/she do?
What is he/she doing in the photo?
Describe the rest of the photo, use "there is/are" and prepositions of place.
Look up pronunciation in advance.
You can't read during the presentation which must be around 3 minutes long.
