WRITING.  Describing where you live.

Write a description of your town or city. Use the following questions as a guide for your paragraphs.

1- Where do you live? Where is it? How big is it? (Is it big, middle-sized, small? Mention the location and the population) 

2- What's your town like? What is there to see there? (exciting, crowded, quiet, historic, safe, a bit dangerous at night. Mention religious buildings, places where you can buy things, historic buildings and monuments, etc)

3- What's the weather like?

4- What is it famous for? (Mention  two or three things it is famous for. e.g.  the mountains, and its national parks, mountaineering activities and adventure sports like climbing, rapelling, trekking, ski resorts, skiing,  the wine industry, wineries, vineyards, irrigation canals, dams,  the mining industry -mineral extraction, the oil industry, oil wells and plants, the tourist industry - the wine road,  the wine fest, etc. )

5- What's the best thing about it? Do you like living there?

Check your description for mistakes (grammar, punctuation and spelling) Separate your sentences with a period (not a comma) Each sentences should have a subject, a verb and an object or a complement.
