Follow these questions as a guide: 

1) Where do you live? Where is ist? How big is it?

2) What's your hometown like? What is there to see?

3) What's the weather like?

4)What is it famous for?

5) What't the best thing about it? 

Include these words in your writing: mountains, dry, wineries, wine industry, important province, history, Potrerillos dam, tourism, rivers, hotels.
