1. DESCRIBING A PICTURE
Describe ONE of the four pictures below using as many prepositions of place as you can. Include the description of the person/people in it (physical appearance, clothes, actions, feelings). Consider the following example:

Remember that to describe a person or people, you need to talk about appearance and personality. It's important to consider the questions What does he/she look like? What is he/she like? (Vocabulary Bank, page 150)

In pairs, create and deliver a dialogue of about 2 or 3 minutes about your last holidays or the ones you particularly remember. Consider the following questions:
